We’ll cover essential safety, foundational knots and frictions, consent-based communication, and mindful movement in rope. Whether you come with a partner or on your own, you’ll build skills, confidence, and embodied presence—one step at a time.
Wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing—similar to what you might wear to a yoga class—and come ready to explore Shibari as a form of creative expression and nervous system repair. Along the way, you’ll meet others who are curious, kind, and committed to building this practice together.
